Interested in hosting a GCA conference in the future?
For a no-obligation discussion about what hosting entails, please reach out and declare your potential interest. Email Amy Mendes (email@example.com) with the following information: your institution name (and campus, if multi-campus), your name and contact information, and phone numbers and email addresses for at least two other potential contacts at your institution. At least one of these people should be in a position to make the decision to host on behalf of your Department/Institution. When we get your information, the GCA President and/or Vice President will reach out to you to arrange a virtual meeting where we can talk about the responsibilities and benefits of being a GCA host institution. We will try to schedule this meeting in the late Spring/early Summer, and then you’ll have the information you need to come to a decision. We want to have our host confirmed before Summer, if possible. Conference planning for the following year begins in an abstract way in late Summer and in a very concrete way by mid-Fall, with final arrangements being made December-February. Our conference typically takes place in mid-February.
